    What a summer we are having. The weather has been above normal and most enjoyable after a long winter. Thankfully we have escaped most of the smoke from the Boundary Waters wildfires, but we are so hoping the fires can be brought under control. Lions have finished with our peach sales, and again thank you to everyone for helping to make that a success once again. We also finished with the celebration for the Fourth of July, but rest assured the celebration of 250 years of Independence goes on. T

    To say we had a busy week would be an understatement. On July 2 Walker Bay Live kept us busy the entire time and thanks to everyone who enjoyed our food and brew. We will be doing it all over again July 30 at the park so put that on your calendar as well. This year we decided to start our button sale for the Fourth of July a couple of weeks before and we sold the last of our buttons July 2 at Walker Bay Live.
