Towson University lifted an emergency shelter-in-place order about 10 p.m. Sunday after Baltimore County Police issued an all-clear following a shooting near campus that sent a man to a hospital. A 56-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Monday evening in Central Baltimore, police said. Baltimore Police responded about 5 p.m. to a report of gunfire in the 2400 block of Barclay Street in the city’s Barclay neighborhood. Officers found evidence of a shooting but no victim at the scene. Police later learned that a man had arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound. He was conscious and breathing, police said.
