    The Greenville Police Department has identified the body of a man found in the Tar River at the Town Common on Sunday. Police say the individual was Damon Williams, 32, of Beulaville. Investigators were able to identify him through unique tattoos on his body, a police spokeswoman said. His cause of death is still undetermined. Police said they found no evidence to suggest foul play.  Williams' body was discovered by a kayaker near the Town Common's new bulkhead wall at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
