    On October 7, 2022, eight days before the last local election, Hilary Abbott’s campaign for Electoral Area D, Cowichan Bay, received $1,000 from Jerry Anderson. It is the largest single contribution on Abbott’s Elections BC disclosure statement. The next largest is $500.
