Welcome to September! It’s been a busy, hectic, and frankly stressful few weeks at Chez Wallbanger.Whenever I share stuff like this, I cringe a bit. Some of that is conditioning, in the sense of “why are you complaining when so many have it worse?” While there is truth to that, I’ve come to recognize that there are both healthy and unhealthy ways to approach it, and that my default mode is unhealthy.
