Hans is on vacation. In his absence, he is repurposing some of his former blogs. This one is from March 31, 2025WALKING MY WAYS. This week has been momentous. First, I posted my 80th blog. Which was amazing. Secondly, THE MONTEREY COUNTY WEEKLY, Monterey’s biggest publication, had a stimulating article. About me and my blog. And even included a beguiling photo. WALKING MY WAYS. For years, I have claimed that the best viewing corner, in Carmel-by-the-Sea, is Fifth and San Carlos. Where one can see everything, from the workers of CARMEL CARES, Strollers, and Tourists. to Cars braking, or not braking, for stop signs. But recently, I found another endearing spot. Mission and 7th. Right in front of RISE AND ROAM. Where one can see innumerable people, run in and out of the bakery. Park in front of it. Park in the garage, next door. Or shriek, meet, greet and
