Two days ago the Instagram algorithm left a gift on my screenstep—a reel by contemporary artist Tim Hussey titled “Finding an object with no ego.” [Intrigued, I don’t scroll past.] He shows us a deteriorating piece of box cardboard (“probably been run over a million times”) that he found on the street.
