Gosh, SoundCloud is addictive. So... been a little while... it’s been too long. Substack writer and up-and-coming composer Rita wrote this article How to Write A Freaking Song. It was late at night but that doesn’t usually stop me so I went and wrote a song. I’m on it again now, back in creative mode with the music. The really helpful thing about this article for me was the advice to film the work in progress so I can see what chords I am playing on guitar (it’s actually not all that easy to film). It’s much less the visuals
