Mail-in Voting: Even if Trump Loses at Supreme Court, He wins (opens the original)
Read excerpt
Once again the Trump Administration is at the Supreme Court asking it to sanction an unconstitutional act — its third emergency filing in six weeks over an executive order that would put the U.S. Postal Service in charge of who gets a mail-in ballot. Under the order, the Postal Service may not deliver a ballot to anyone who is not on a state-submitted list of eligible voters, and the Department of Homeland Security will hand every state a federally assembled “citizenship list” to check against.
