Mail-in ballots for the Nov. 3 general election have started to reach Lancaster County mailboxes in recent days, and more are scheduled to go out to voters this week, the countyâs elections director said Monday. At a public testing of ballot scanners used to tabulate mail-in ballots, Elections Director Christa Miller said the countyâs ballot printing vendor sent half of mail-in ballots already requested by voters last week.
