Police were called to a former youth club by fire crews after concerns a blaze in the building was deliberate. The 'small fire' broke out at a former youth club on Wealstone Lane, Upton-by-Chester, on August 7 at around 4.47pm. Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said two fire engines from Chester attended the scene, where crews wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel water jets and a covering jet to extinguish the flames.
