As I try to improve my writing skills, I often look for contests that require me to stretch out of my comfort zone. That was the case with the 100-word writing contest by Tadpole Press. It’s hard to write a story in only 100 words, which is like a short paragraph. I came up with something I thought was humorous, but I didn’t know if anyone else would find it funny.
