What Happens When I Remove All the Colors? (opens the original)

    Excerpt

    Read excerpt

Am I less of an artist if I stop using colors and only focus on value for a while?Well, that’s what I’ve done, at least. I stopped using colors digitally, not traditionally. Not my parents, not school, no one. Then I started getting “sicker,” kind of, and around 2017 I started thinking that maybe I should start drawing as a kind of therapy for myself. Just to feel a little better. Before that, I had found mountain biking. That was

So I Started Giving My Photos Away for Free (opens the original)

    Excerpt

    Read excerpt

A while back, I got this idea that I could take photos of nature and sell them as reference packs. I’ve seen others do that, although they travel to much more beautiful places compared to where I live. I live in the most boring area ever, okay? But it didn’t go well because I never sold anything. Sure, I suck at marketing. I just hate sounding like a broken record: “Oh hey, I sell reference packs, go and check them out!”. I just want to upload them, say it once, and hope everyone sees it so I don
