I’ve gotten many requests for my take on the recent decision of the Virginia Court of Appeals on Söring’s petition, so here it is!In February of this year, Söring, supported by his new attorney Elliott Harding, submitted a Petition for a Writ of Actual Innocence based on Non-Biological Evidence under a Virginia law passed in 2020. The Virginia Court of Appeals just issued an order to the Virginia Attorney General’s Office requiring it to respond to Jens Söring’s filing.<a class="image-link image
