The past twelve weeks have been a bit like a roller coaster, since My Total Knee Replacement surgery in late May. Since then, my main purpose of every day has been to complete the prescribed physio three times each day. From the beginning it’s been intense, and there have been many ups and downs along the way. The past nine weeks have been quite a journey since My Total Knee Replacement surgery in late May. Since then my main purpose of every day has been to complete the prescribed physio three times each day. From the beginning it’s been intense, and there have been many ups and downs along the way. I went into the surgery with the opinion that I would have a brilliant recovery. After all, I’m a life long exerciser and for my age, am fairly fit. I was going to love the physio. Right? Well no, wrong!
