I went for dinner alone and decided to pay attention.I returned to Gothenburg for their Bokmassan book festival and had an evening alone to myself. Vietnamese restaurant Vi Viet was my dinner of choice a year ago and I’d enjoyed myself so I decided to go back. Intending to read a book, I realised on my way there that I’d forgotten to bring one.I never use a book mark. When I was young I began using them and stopped. I thought, why not train my memory instead? It mostly worked, with books anyway.
