Man, I had the pleasure of attending an event in my hometown of Bunn this past weekend and I had a blast! There were people who I hadn't seen in over 10 years and we caught right up like we just saw each other yesterday. What was really cool was how folks appreciated the positivity in my posts. You never know who is watching what you are doing and the impact it has on others. I really enjoyed myself. Men's Mental Health Month has come to an end; however, it doesn't mean we stop talking about men's mental health! Fellas, how are you? Are you being heard? Are you communicating your wants, needs, thoughts, feelings, and emotions to those who care about you the most? You know you're allowed to be human, right? Take some time for you, but also, find a space where you feel you will be heard. They exist and if you can't find the space, create it!
