Before there was the Thatched Farm Project, there was the blog. And it was brought to my attention over the summer by my friend and brilliant chef Lily Starbuck (who also has a substack) that I should perhaps bring some of the posts back to life since they no longer live online after I was hacked during Covid and basically gave up trying to recover it.
