The wonderfully wild, weird and noisy Project Nowhere festival takes over Dundas West next week, Oct 1-3. It’s a welcome antidote to other Toronto events that, to various degrees, play it somewhat safe. Project Nowhere takes the most abrasive aspects of Wavelength and cram them all into one weekend. Second Summer is a new Toronto festival that arrives post-TIFF and concurrent with Pop Montreal.
