The Lanark County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has identified the body found inside a burnt vehicle in Mississippi Mills last Friday and has ruled the incident a homicide. Around 5 p.m. on Sept. 11, both stations of the Mississippi Mills Fire Department, along with members of the Lanark County OPP, responded to a vehicle fire in a wooded area off Ramsay Concession 12.
