My friends! It’s been ages since I posted anything - apologies. Life has absolutely got in the way of writing. I’ve been busy! Potentially not great for an ‘MSer’, but I’ve coped ok with it. Despite the heat!NB: Can I take a few moments just to say THE HEAT again!! It’s been immense this year as I’m sure you have noticed, but for some reason I’ve managed to keep a lid on my symptoms. In heat I usually get tingling, stiffness, aches, brain fog, and awful fatigue. It’s like walking through treacle
