Police are searching for a man they want to talk to following a 'making off without payment' incident at a restaurant in Reading. Thames Valley Police released a CCTV image of a man that "officers wish to speak to" about the incident. The police force said that on Wednesday afternoon, July 15, a man arrived for a table at the Harvester in Prospect Park on Liebenrood Road between 2pm and 3.20pm.
