After nearly 80 days, I finally made my way out of Peru on to Bolivia. Peru matched Colombia as the country I stayed in the longest - and for good reason. Peru is massive, incredibly diverse, filled with indigenous and colonial history, and has a strong cultural identity. The challenges Peru faced throughout its history, stability the country has built, and opportunities as it ushers in a new president leave me interested in exploring Peru further — if not in person at least through this newslet
