I’m writing this week’s update from the café of a medical care unit on the outskirts of St. John’s. Ellie is in the Urgent Care Clinic awaiting a visit with one of their doctors. Let me tell you how we got here. Blue in the faceEllie gets bouts of foraging madness, and this country suits her.
