How is it nearly September? This year is flying by.It’s typical that as you get older, you state that the years seem to go quicker. Whilst we know, time doesn’t actually go quicker, the concept I feel is quite true. By that I mean, when you are 10years old for example, 1 year is 1/10th of your life. When you are 45, 1 year is now a much smaller proportion of your life, 1/45th and so feels a lot less, or goes a lot quicker in the grand scheme of things!Sid Talk

It’s been a while since I last posted. Things got a little chaotic with a 3 week that turned into 4 week trip to the UK and Europe.I headed back to the UK, initially for my Mum’s 80th Birthday, which fell on the 21st June. Conveniently, just a week before IRONMAN Frankfurt, which was a week before Challenge Roth.
