    One of the biggest challenges while pitching our work at Saving Grains, was hearing this over and over again: “But there’s no market for it.”It’s an understandable statement. Brewer’s spent grain or BSG, for short, isn’t an ingredient most of us grew up cooking with or eating. You won’t find it sitting next to the flour and oats in most supermarkets or on quick commerce.
