Landed in Vancouver last week for Ou residency. Stopped to see the Marine Building before embarking the ferry to Vancouver Island. I’m hanging around the Cowichan Valley area; it was raining those first few days, felt inspired to revisit Tarkovksy’s Solaris (1972), plus writings by Leslie Scalapino, Catherine Malabou, John Cage.
