    I had pancakes for breakfast this weekend.(Cue the horror - “FoodHealth Co CEO eats pancakes”).It was the first time I’d had them in a while, and it reminded me that I love pancakes… which is not a bold position. Everyone loves pancakes.What I did not love was feeling vaguely guilty about my pancake breakfast. Not about the calories. About the sweetness.
