Arkansas Personal RV Campsite Possibilities (opens the original)
Read excerpt
Arkansas consists of 75 counties. This state has very few counties with any zoning regulations. There are limited building codes that are enforced by any county. You will be able to find a county that allows the creation of a personal RV campsite. You will need to be aware of (1) floodplain regulations which are essentially set by FEMA; (2) state septic regulations; (3) state drinking water regulations; and state electrical codes. I have found the land in most counties to be reasonably priced. T

Utah is comprised of. 29 counties. My research identified that there is not a great probability of being able to create a personal RV campsite in this state. I can say that there are more RV friendly counties than many if not most states that I have reviewed so far. Of course, there are many that are not RV friendly at all. The properties reviewed in North Carolina are quite ideal for creating a personal RV campsite. The state is well forested, there is plenty of water. A number of properties that I found had streams, springs, rivers, or lakes.
Massachusetts Personal RV Campsite Possibilities (opens the original)

Counties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts allow the various municipalities to administer zoning. Some counties do not have any legal duties or organization which has been absorbed by the state. However, zoning appears to be administered by municipalities. The research provided by county below, identifies that there are some possibilities, but very few. In general the land in Massachusetts is expensive as compared to other areas of the country. I have provided an example of my research by cou
