An out-of-state domestic traveler with a confirmed case of measles passed through Union Station in the West Loop late last month, Chicago health authorities announced Thursday. The stricken traveler was at Union Station in the 200 block of South Canal Street on Thursday, Aug. 27th after 8:00 p.m. through Friday, Aug. 28th, according to a statement from the Chicago Department of Public Health. CDPH didn’t provide a time for the traveler’s departure. The exact date and time of exposure are unknown
