We have a bird’s nest in our roof eaves right outside the front of the house. Our landlord pointing it out to me one morning. It explained all the bird droppings on the steps. A few weeks later, I was walking from the living room to the kitchen and looked out onto the patio and saw a little bird just sitting there, looking at me. I’ve become so bored with everything. My schedule is the same everyday. Even the same amount of times that I snooze my alarm is the same with each day. 6:30. 6:45. 7:00. 7:15. My drive to work is boring. 580 West. Easy on ramp, traffic at Park, slow down at Lakeshore, smoothing sailing after Harrison. My playlist is the same 3 songs on repeat: Heartbeats by The Killers, Last Time I’ve Seen the Sun (Sinners soundtrack), and Man I Need by Olivia Dean. I changed the lyrics to “Woman” I Need. Olivia
