Why Miki Kashtan doesn’t use the word accountability (opens the original)
Read excerpt
Over the weekend my friend and fellow decentralised organisation enthusiast Francesca Pick and I went to visit Miki Kashtan and some members of the Nonviolent Global Liberation Community outside Barcelona.I’ve interviewed Miki twice for my podcast over the years. Her writing, from her blog and books like The Highest Common Denominator, and NGL’s work in general offer powerful alternatives to the dominant paradigm of how we live and work together
Who am I to give you feedback? (opens the original)

This week my friend Pim de Morree quoted me in a LinkedIn post and I want to expand on what this idea actually means to me.<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img
Authority and rootedness: what distributed leadership actually needs (opens the original)

When I talk to people about reimagining our organisations, a secondary (but crucial) topic that always comes up is: what about education? Why do so many of our educational institutions still feel like factories rather than greenhouses? Over the years I’ve collected examples of progressive organisations that are reimagining what learning and education look like, from Learnlife in Barcelona, to <a href="https://leadermorphosis.co/episodes/86-san
