    Our guest today is Shawn Buffum, who is the Chief Operating Officer at Orville's Home Appliances, Western New York's largest appliance retailer. Early in his career, he was the advertising sales manager for the Buffalo News and later on became the Vice President of Marketing and Digital Advertising. He has also worked as Regional Director of Sales for Live Nation, an events promoter and venue operator. Shawn graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 1997.
