Peek at the post-Pogacar era? (opens the original)
Read excerpt
Brenda and Bailey break down Week 1 of the Vuelta a España, which has been (per usual) a little chaotic. They react to Pogacar's unexpected crash out, and debate whether his season is over (yes) or his career (no). Brenda is hoping the last of the "old guard" Primoz can pull off a W, and Bailey thinks Decathlon is building the Death Star (even if Gall looks mid.)
Paris was the real winner all along (opens the original)

Call it recency bias, but Stage 21 was the most exciting stage of this year's Tour de France. Tadej! Gets! Cracked! Hosts Brenda and Bailey reflect on the race from km 0 through the Champs Elysee. Brenda is here for "good young man" Seixas and the American cycling comeback. And Bailey is reigniting her feud with Remco ( and Del Toro... and Philipsen...) and wants the Tour to bring back gravel racing stages. Until next year, au revoir!

Hosts Brenda and Bailey debate just how much dead weight Pogacar pulled to the podium, whether Remco Evenopoel could've beaten Jonas Vingegaard, and do a "close reading" of rider interviews (they are English majors, after all.) The penultimate stage, and allegedly hardest in Tour de France history, certainly delivered with GC nonsense, scary crashes, and a n

Pogacar beats a 30+ year record up Alpe D'Huez. Attacks the "pretenders" without even standing up. All with only a few teammates still standing (though diarrhea-gate seems to have resolved itself.) Brenda is in awe, and Bailey is so immune to Pogi's prowess she yawned a little bit. Stage 19 delivered! The mountain was full and absolutely crammed with spectators and it was all an incredibly fun start to the grand finale weekend of this year's Tour de France.
UAE is literally pooped (opens the original)

Hosts Brenda and Bailey dissect a diarrhea-related conspiracy theory involving the pants color of one Tadej Pogacar. They also break down much more important aspects of Stage 18 on this year's Tour de France, including the theater kids' impressive victory, GC riders being too chicken to attack UAE, and the indefatigable Mads Pedersen's continued pursuit of the green jersey. Set your alarms, Queen Stagers, tomorrow is gonna be a showdown on Alpe D'Huez!
