Who are you after the wish is granted?It’s a silly question I’ve been asking myself lately. When I’m sitting there in mild pain, wishing for the perfect vacation or lover or body (whatever perfect even means here), I try to tell myself, “Ok. Pretend you have that right now. What do you do after? How would you be changed?”The exercise always feels weird, mostly cause I’m not really sure what to do moving forward.I imagine I have my dream body, and linger on the feeling of worthiness it gives me.
