One of the reasons I love summer is because of the iced mint water I drink throughout the day. Lately I’ve been squeezing in a dropper of rose glycerin tincture and digestive bitters. Another reason I love this summer in particular is it is the marker of my self permission to meditate horizontally in bed. My knees hurt, and now I’m horizontal.
