Ted K (2021) Review (opens the original)

If you visit Trixie’s Bar in Ovando, Montana, you might spot a shirt that says, “I got wasted in Ovando and bombed in Lincoln”—a piece of dark-tourism merch sitting somewhere near the bird sculptures made from horse droppings and just below ye olde box of huckleberry chocolates. Also, Trixie’s is awesome. Get a burger there. No shade. This week, OMFG tackles Ted K , a movie about a terrorist who caused a whole lot of tragedy and havoc in his day. Courtney Blazon is not only an amazing, prolific, and popular artist—she also has stamina. And by stamina, we mean a 13-hour movie is no problem for her. Join us as we dive deep into Jacques Rivette’s 1971 experimental epic Out 1 : a slippery plot, wild improvisation, mysterious rituals, secret societies, and a conspiracy that may or may not be holding everything together. #Out1 #JacquesRivette #FrenchCinema #ExperimentalFilm #ArthouseCinema #JeanPierreLeaud #JulietBerto #FilmPodcast #MoviePodca

When you're an eagle freak, there's no remedy—you're just locked in 24/7, and you never want to give it up. High-altitude, man. Feels like the end of the fucking world up there: thin air, craggy hellscapes, and vistas forever. Join OMFG as we discuss the blindness of love, bad carpentry, and why science is important. #OMFG #OriginalMontanaFilmGuide #MontanaMovies #MoviePodcast #FilmPodcast #MontanaFilm #EagleFreak #HighAltitude #CultMovies #MovieTalk

Larkin and Josh get down with the sickness and do their best to describe a spectacle that really has to be seen to be believed. #DeltaForce #ChuckNorris #80sMovies #ActionMovies #CannonFilms #MoviePodcast #OMFGPodcast
Wake Up in Fright (1971) - Bundanyabba, AUS is Hamilton, MT (opens the original)

Daniel and I are sitting in Bernice’s, drinking coffee and waiting for our other buddies, when we somehow get onto the subject of the sun eventually expanding, swallowing the Earth, and turning us all into plasma. I tell him that’s why I’m skeptical of reincarnation. How can we keep being reborn if, eventually, there’s nowhere left to be born? Daniel says reincarnation is already happening constantly. Our breath becomes plant food. We eat the plants. Everything becomes everything else. It’s all
