Acute awareness of our feelings, and the awareness of what others are feeling, is a huge part of being a Highly Sensitive Person. So is being overly capable. A dynamic that is born to fail. Because as I take charge of the majority of life others do not get to learn vital skills. Then, when I am not able to be in charge of some part of life there is no one to step in and fill the void.By being overly capable, I have taught my family how to rely on me.
