    Recently I was on my third or fourth cocktail with a relative stranger when she said to me, “you must have quite a lot of self-discipline”.     This morning I went for a run along the seafront. I ran along the promenade, between the beach huts and the sea, and I looped around Hove lagoon before getting a coffee and sitting on the front. Then I ate breakfast tacos, showered, and walked to my office with my husband and dog. Yesterday I paddleboarded and went to a vineyard, tomorrow I’ll probably swim, later today we will likely go for a long walk and say hi to our neighbours. All of my days have looked something like this for a while now.
