    Hello,I ended up needing a little break. The last piece I did was rather large so I needed a bit of reset. It was emotional but also truly felt good to write it.I am having old memories come back like childhood into early adulthood. I remember one thing and then there is a bit of flash and see more. My brain is rebuilding and creating all the synapses so per the course.I leaned into visitors (my parents) and childhood bf. These were very necessary. And it's so nice to spend time with loved ones
