Hey there! How are you? It’s September already and we are all ready for fall. Somehow we’ve reached the beginning of August, and I’m oscillating between embracing the tail end of summer, and anxious for the fall. When I say anxious, I mean it literally, because I’m thinking of just how fleeting these longer, warm days are in New England. I’m not ready for winter. Hello there,It’s been a while since I’ve written anything. It hasn’t been an intentional break, but I haven’t felt compelled to do it. I have been reflecting on the sheer volume of content we are faced with on a daily basis - be it through social media, email, YouTube, or podcasts - and the cacophony of it all can really drown out our own thoughts and feelings.
