I enjoy creating ambient music, where I blend a number of sounds together to create a soundscape, made with synths and sampled sounds from the world around me. So we’re taking a bit of a change of tack in this post by combining composed sounds together with field recordings and a number of my photographs. Hope you are well?Today’s post is mainly just this video I recorded this morning using just the iPad for the whole thing. I wanted to demonstrate how a few plugins can bring you musical joy in next to no time at all. There’s a collection of great plugins from the developer who built Snorkel synth, which will itself appear on Modulations in the near future.
