Ohio teased us with fall-like weather for a minute but this past week summer came back with a vengence. 90’s and humidity need to get right out of Sepember as far as I’m concerned. To combat the heat, we made the obvious decision and decorated for fall 😆. We are the people who decorate for Christmas on November 1st, so to get the most of our fall decor we gotta get it up early. Besides trying to ignore the heat, we have been adjusting to a routine again/early morning wakeups with school back in

In case you hadn’t noticed, I missed my Sunday Edit last week! I would love to tell you a really great story about why I couldn’t get my life together in time to write, but it’s just a case of good old-fashioned overwhelm. In case you also didn’t notice, I have done a little bit of an overhaul here, a rebrand if you’re fancy. The new name “Little Lovely Things” felt more fitting for me and the direction I want to take this little cozy corner of mine. I hope it resonates with you too. And with th

Happy Sunday! I’m a little late getting this out to you today, but I suppose better late than never. Yesterday I decided I needed to reorganize and rearrange my office. Do you ever get that nudge that it is time for a little change, that a space isn’t feeling inspiring anymore? That was me, and so I coerced my husband (bless this man) to come help me move furniture. This office is not just a place I work; it also houses an art table for creating, my Peloton bike, one of our cat little boxes in a
