Published 4:00 pm Tuesday, September 29, 2026 We live in a rural acreage west of Duncan and again one of the neighbours is filling the ditch with well water in front of their property while over watering their garden. I commend them for planting a garden, but the water they are wasting belongs to everyone. There are at least six other properties nearby with wells at approximately the same depth and most likely the same aquifer. I have spoken (yelled) to the homeowners for many summers concerning
