Since 2018, I have spent the last weekend of every July in Oregon Wine country, specifically the Willamette Valley (not during 2020, obviously). What started as a media visit has now morphed and turned into returning to a region that truly feels like home in the U.S. I usually start by staying in downtown Portland. This way I can run around, shop at my beloved Muji for all the best travel supplies, visit restaurants, and then luxuriate in my room or in the pool at the Ritz-Carlton Portland. One
