I guess the weather got the memo… 1st of September has hit and a wave of chill (and rain) has taken over London. I keep on saying this is what we all needed, but the second the sun left, I started forgetting that we even had a summer September is here for us to all ease into the months coming ahead. It’s back to school season, which also translates into back to work for the adults, the jumpers come out and you’re trying to gauge when to take the coats out from storage. I’m here to remind you tha

I’ll never jump on board the meal-prep for 5 days, eat the same leftovers over a week… I think we’re time poor, but we don’t need to be doing that. I’ve added below 7 new recipes you can add to your mid-week rotation, they all take under 30 minutes to make and are veggie or pescatarian (because we really should be eating more veggies). Crispy rice omelettes with savoury fruit salad </

1 Dessert for All Seasons (opens the original)

Very rarely does a recipe hit no matter the weather. In winter I want something warming, in summer I want the complete opposite, so when I say, this hits, all the time, I mean it with my whole chest. There were very few desserts made in our household - Sunday crêpes, pumpkin or banana beignet, seviyan kheer, but mostly tapioca pudding. Tapioca pudding was just too easy to not make it - all the ingredients are long-lasting, that live in the pantry/fridge, you can have it hot, or cold, and it can
