Kentucky State Police are holding a vigil Thursday night to honor Tpr. Hayden Phillips, who died Monday after being shot on I-65 in Warren County. The vigil will be held at KSP Post 15 in Columbia, which is in Adair County. It will start at 6:30 p.m. CT. Phillips was shot and killed during a traffic stop along I-65 in Warren County on Monday. The suspect, Emonnie Branch, was arrested hours later in Louisville and charged with murder. Branch is currently being held in Warren County without bond.
