It is Saturday morning as I type this, seated at my grandmother’s kitchen table. 7:03 AM and 60 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I’ve got the doors and windows open to let in the cool. Cat and Tony met in a book club, discussing mutual favorites Stephen Graham Jones and Paul Tremblay. While dating, they read through Stephen King’s entire Dark Tower series together. They got engaged at a Joe Hill signing. I walked Cat down the aisle at their wedding yesterday. Nat Cassidy played a beautiful acoustic version of “Walking on Sunshine” at the reception.
