    The main difficulty I have with chronic fatigue associated with Hypothyroid disease and tiny red blood cells, is the utter frustration in not being able to do what I want to do! I have to plan any sort of activity so I can rest beforehand and have time to recover from the exhaustion afterwards. Taking part in craft fairs and festivals would be a great way to reach people with my art, but realistically I could only manage a handful a year.     Unfortunately I wasn’t picked to be a parent helper when my kids visited Tonbridge Castle with their primary school, so I’ve never seen inside the 1667 stone gatehouse.
