    A man is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed on O'Connell Street in Dublin city centre yesterday afternoon. It happened near the Luas stop on the central median of O'Connell Street. Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene at around 4:30pm. The man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening. Gardaí arrested a man in his 40s in connection with the incident.
